Our journals are carefully produced either in-house or professionally finished using high-quality materials. Some editions are hand-bound in our studio, while others are professionally printed and glued for a refined finish. All orders are quality-checked and packaged by us before dispatch.
Processing Times
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Hand-bound journals are made to order. Professionally finished journals are prepared and packed in-house before shipping. During busy periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we always aim to dispatch as promptly as possible.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Pre-Orders
Items listed as pre-order have an extended processing time. The estimated dispatch timeframe will always be clearly stated on the product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will be dispatched together once all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed.
UK Shipping
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery time:
1–3 working days after dispatch (depending on service selected at checkout).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States & Canada: 5–10 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of World: 7–14 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local postal delays.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
